Taylor Technology Systems (TTS) ended 2018 on a high, after being presented with their third award in recognition of their excellence as a security installer, and their distinction as an employer.

In April, TTS were shortlisted in both the ‘Best Employer’ and ‘Technical Innovation of the Year’ categories of the Bexley Business Awards, going on to be announced as the winner of ‘Best Employer’ and Highly Commended in the ‘Technical innovation of the Year’ categories at the Awards Gala on the 27th June. The prestigious awards celebrate the successes and achievements of Bexley’s businesses, with entrants judged through two rounds of extensive entry questions and face-to-face interviews.

Then in September, for the third year running, TTS were shortlisted for the ‘Medium Security Installer of the Year’ Award, and in the new ‘Security Integrator of the Year’ category at the IFSEC Security and Fire Excellence Awards. The awards, now in their 20th year, highlight the very best people, projects and processes that the UK security and fire sectors have to offer. At the awards ceremony, held at the London Hilton on Park Lane, on Wednesday 21st November, beating tough competition, TTS were announced as the winner of ‘Medium Security Installer of the Year’.

The run of great news then continued into December, with TTS being presented an award for ‘Outstanding Achievement’ by BOSCH in respect of this year’s Southeastern Railway ‘IP Upgrade’ project. This challenging project involved the upgrade and exchange of all CCTV headed equipment to a BOSCH IP Platform across 143 individual sites on the Southeastern Railway network.

“2018 was a fantastic year for TTS, it means a great deal to me and every one of the Taylors’ team to be recognised for the high standards we strive for in every aspect of the business. I am truly proud of all our achievements and want to thank each and every team member for their tireless work to ensure Taylors continues to grow in reputation and scale” Mark Taylor, Managing Director
