Cambridge Cycle Point opened its doors in February 2016 by Abellio Greater Anglia. The multi-million-pound bike park, thought to be one of the biggest in the UK provides 3000 spaces for bicycles, allowing rail commuters to leave their bikes in a safe and secure environment while travelling on the trains. Taylor Technology Systems were engaged by Abellio Greater Anglia to carry out the design, installation of latest state of the art CCTV system. The system comprises of over 90 IP cameras covering the 3 levels of the cycle park using Intelligent video analysis to record and review the activities within the cycle park providing detailed images to the British Transport Police.
